How we plan
We start with what the day should feel like, not a supplier list. Once that is clear, the budget and the schedule follow from it - and you get a live sheet showing exactly where every pound is going.
We cap how many events we take in a season deliberately. It means the planner you meet is the planner running your day, not a name on a contract.
On the day
We arrive early, hold the schedule and deal with whatever moves. Most problems on an event day are invisible to guests if someone catches them - that is the job.
