How we teach
Every student starts with an assessment, because the school year rarely matches the actual level. From there the work is pitched where the gaps are and moved on when they close - not paced to a syllabus that ignores the individual.
Classes are capped at six. That is the whole model: small enough for a tutor to notice when someone has not understood, which is the moment that matters.
Reporting
Termly written reports saying what was covered, what improved and what is next. Specific enough to be useful, short enough to actually read.
