Workmanship warranty
Every technician on our team is licensed, insured and has been with us long enough that we trust them in your home. They arrive in uniform, lay down floor protection, and clean up before they leave.
We quote before we start. If a job turns out to be simpler than expected, the price goes down, not up. If we find something else wrong, we tell you what it is and what it costs, and you decide whether we touch it.
We don't top up gas without finding the leak first — it's a way of guaranteeing you call back in two months, and we'd rather fix it once. We don't recommend a chemical wash when a general service will do. And we don't quote a price on the phone that changes when we arrive.
