Refund policy

When we refund

We refund in full if we do not or cannot deliver what we committed to: for example, we cannot build the website, page or feature we agreed on, or the platform fails to provide the service you paid for and we cannot fix it.

When we do not refund

Our websites, Care plans and design work are human services. Once work on your project has started, payments are not refundable, because the time and work have already gone into it. Changing your mind is not a reason for a refund.

Try before you pay

That is why you can use the full dashboard free for 7 days and see a free Google Meet walkthrough before paying anything. Check that we are the right fit first.

Care plans

Monthly Care can be stopped at any time and runs until the end of the paid month. Months or years already paid are not refunded once work has started.

Platform renewals

Yearly renewals keep your site online and are not refundable once the new period has started. Cancel before your renewal date to stop the next one.

Company profiles and design work

Not refundable once drafting has started. The revision rounds included in your package are how we put things right.

If something goes wrong

Message us on WhatsApp or through the contact page with your site name. We fix it first. If we cannot deliver what we committed to, we refund to the original payment method.
