Delete your Passive Coder account

In the Passive Coder Admin app

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to Account (or Settings > Account) and tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm with your fingerprint or screen lock and your password.

On the web

1. Sign in at passivecoder.com/login.
2. Open Profile (top-right menu) and scroll to Delete account.
3. Enter your password and confirm.

Can't sign in?

Email contact@passivecoder.comfrom the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and delete the account within 14 days.

Before you delete

If you own a website, transfer it to another person (Users) or delete the site first. The app and dashboard show which sites are blocking the deletion.

What happens

• Your account is deleted 14 days after the request. Signing in again during those 14 days cancels it.
• Deleted: your login, profile (name, email, photo), site memberships, app devices and push tokens, notification settings, saved addresses and wishlists, and AI chat history.
• Kept without your name or email: invoices and payment records (required by tax and accounting law), the admin audit log, and support tickets, orders and pages on sites that other people still run. These no longer link to you.
• Backups containing your data roll over within 30 days.

অ্যাপে Account > Delete my account, অথবা ওয়েবে Profile > Delete account। অনুরোধের ১৪ দিন পর অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে যাবে; এর মধ্যে আবার লগইন করলে বাতিল হবে। লগইন করতে না পারলে contact@passivecoder.com এ ইমেইল করুন।
