A family in Al Sadd needs a deep clean before guests arrive. A villa owner in Al Wakrah needs move-out cleaning by Thursday. A facilities manager in West Bay needs an office cleaning contract. All three will pick up their phone, search Google, look at two or three websites and message the one that answers their questions fastest. This article is about making sure that is your company.
Someone looking for a cleaning company in Qatar usually wants four answers before they contact anyone:
If your website answers these on the first screen of a phone, you are ahead of most competitors. Everything below supports those four answers.
One clear headline ("Deep cleaning and maid services in Doha and Al Wakrah"), a WhatsApp button, a call button, the list of services with starting prices, the areas you cover and a few real photos of your team at work. Keep it short.
People search for the service, not your company name: "deep cleaning Doha", "sofa cleaning Qatar", "hourly maid service Al Rayyan". A separate page for each main service gives Google something specific to show, and gives the customer the details they want: what is included, how long it takes, what they need to prepare, and the price or price range.
A simple section or page that lists the areas you cover. If you charge extra for far locations, say so. Customers in Al Khor or Mesaieed will not message you if they are not sure you travel there.
Cleaning is a price-sensitive purchase. You do not need a full price list, but a "from QAR X" line per service or an hourly rate removes the biggest reason people leave without contacting you.
Your company name as registered, your CR number, an office address, the number of staff, whether staff are trained and supervised, what products you use and whether you bring equipment. Real team photos matter more here than polished stock images.
WhatsApp, phone, opening hours (including Friday), and a map. A short form is fine as a backup, but in Qatar most enquiries for home services happen on WhatsApp.
A WhatsApp click-to-chat link (see WhatsApp's own guide) opens a chat with your number, and it can carry a pre-filled message such as "Hi, I need a deep clean for a 3-bedroom villa in Al Wakrah". That one detail saves you a round of questions and tells you which page the customer came from.
Put the button where a thumb can reach it on every page, not only on the contact page. If you take bookings in Arabic and English, say so next to the button.
Many of your customers will search in English, but Arabic-speaking households and Qatari villa owners often search and message in Arabic. At minimum, have your main services, prices and contact details available in both languages, written by a person rather than machine translated.
For "cleaning company near me" searches, the map results usually appear before ordinary websites. Google says local results are based mainly on relevance, distance and prominence, and that complete, accurate business information helps (Google Business Profile help). In practice that means:
After that, list your business on Qatar directories your customers actually use, such as Qatar Living's business directory and Qatar Yellow Pages, with the same details.
Published agency prices give a useful reference. Creative Web Design Qatar puts a professionally designed basic website at QAR 3,000 to QAR 8,000, and Papaya Qatar lists a starter business website from QAR 3,000 with delivery in a few weeks. Qatar has not introduced VAT yet (VATupdate), so quotes should not include a VAT line.
Our Qatar prices are on the Qatar page: QAR 1,099 for Basic (up to 6 pages), QAR 2,199 for Pro and QAR 4,399 for Business, paid once. The first year of hosting, SSL, backups and the domain is included, and most Qatar sites are live within a day of receiving your content. Care plans start at QAR 149 a month if you want our team to handle changes such as new prices, Ramadan hours or a new service area. The details for this trade are on our cleaning company website page, and every package is compared on the pricing page.
A "from" price per service is enough for most cleaning companies. It filters out people looking for something you do not offer and makes the rest more likely to message you.
A .qa domain signals a local business, but it requires a Qatar commercial registration. A .com works fine for ranking; what matters more is local content and a verified Google Business Profile.
Yes, a booking form or calendar can be added. Many cleaning companies still prefer a WhatsApp request so they can confirm staff availability first.
Ten to twenty real photos is a good start: team in uniform, equipment, before and after shots. Always ask customers before using photos of their home.
Send us your service list and areas on WhatsApp and we will show you how the site would look, or start a free 7-day trial and build it yourself.
