In Abu Dhabi, an AC that stops working in July is not a small problem. A villa owner in Khalifa City wants a technician today. A tenant on Al Reem Island wants to know if you handle fan coil units in towers. A property manager in Mussafah wants a yearly maintenance contract for twenty villas. Each of them will search on their phone, open two or three websites, and message the company that answers their questions fastest. This guide covers what an AC repair company website in Abu Dhabi needs so that company is you.
AC work in Abu Dhabi comes from three quite different buyers, and your website should speak to each of them.
A website that says only "best AC service in Abu Dhabi" talks to nobody. One that names the job, the property type and the area talks to the right person.
The first screen on a phone should answer four things: what you fix, where you go, a starting price and how to reach you. For example: "AC service, repair and duct cleaning for villas and apartments across Abu Dhabi. Same-day visits in summer. Service from AED X per unit." Under that, a WhatsApp button and a call button, both large enough for a thumb.
People search for the job, not your company name: "AC duct cleaning Abu Dhabi", "AC gas refill Khalifa City", "split AC installation Abu Dhabi". Give each main service its own page with:
Duct cleaning deserves its own page because customers are often unsure it is worth it. Before and after photos of a real duct and a short explanation of the process do more than any slogan.
AMC is where steady income comes from. A dedicated page should list the visits per year, what each visit covers, whether parts and gas are included, the response time for breakdowns between visits, and a simple way to ask for a quote: number of units, property type and area. Property managers will forward this page to whoever approves the budget, so make it readable without your sales person explaining it.
List the areas you actually serve, and be honest about the edges. If you go to Al Ain or the Western Region only for contracts, or charge a call-out fee for far areas, say so. A customer in Al Shamkha who is not sure you come that far will message someone else.
Avoid making twenty near-identical pages that only swap the area name. One clear areas section, plus separate pages only where you have something specific to say (for example, a page for Al Reem towers if you do a lot of fan coil work there), serves customers and Google better.
Your company name exactly as it appears on your trade licence, the licence number, an office or workshop address, how many technicians you have, and your own warranty terms on workmanship and parts. If your technicians speak Arabic, English, Hindi or Urdu, say so; it removes a worry for many households.
Between June and September your phone already rings more than you can answer. The website's job then is to collect good enquiries, not just more of them.
Many Abu Dhabi customers search in English, but Emirati villa owners and many property managers prefer Arabic. At minimum, put your main services, prices, AMC page and contact details in both languages. Have a person write the Arabic, or at least check it. Machine-translated Arabic is noticed immediately and costs you trust.
Most AC companies visit the customer, so on Google they count as a service-area business. Google's own guidance is that if you do not serve customers at your address, you should remove the address from your profile and set service areas instead. You can list up to 20 service areas, and Google suggests the overall area should not be more than about 2 hours of driving from your base (Google Business Profile help).
Then make the profile and the website match: the same business name, the same phone number, the same areas, and a link from each to the other. Ask happy customers for a review after each job and reply to every review.
We looked at what Dubai and UAE agencies charge for small business sites in How Much Does a Website Cost in Dubai in 2026?; the same ranges apply in Abu Dhabi. Our UAE prices are paid once: AED 1,099 for Basic, AED 2,199 for Pro and AED 4,399 for Business, plus 5% VAT. The first year of hosting, SSL, backups and the domain is included, and most sites go live within a day of receiving your content.
Basic gives you 6 pages in total, which fits a focused AC company well: home, AC service and repair, duct cleaning, AMC, areas, and contact. If you want separate pages for installation, fan coil units or each Arabic version, Pro has no page limit. The trade-specific details are on our AC repair website page, and if you would rather our team updates prices and offers for you each summer, see the Care plans.
Show "from" prices per unit for service, duct cleaning and gas top-up. Repairs can say "price after inspection", with the inspection or call-out fee stated. A starting price removes one of the main reasons people leave without contacting anyone.
No. One clear list of areas is enough for most companies. Add a separate area page only when you have something specific to say about it, such as the type of buildings or systems you handle there.
Yes, a booking form or calendar can be added. Many AC companies still confirm by WhatsApp so they can plan routes and parts first; the form can send the details straight to WhatsApp.
Your own: technicians in uniform, your van, before and after duct cleaning, a clean finished installation. Ask customers before photographing anything inside their home.
Send us your service list, areas and starting prices on WhatsApp and we will tell you which package fits your company.
