Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is 10 pieces per style/colour for most products. For embroidery or screen printing, we need a minimum of 20 pieces per logo placement.
How long does production take?
Standard orders: 21–28 days from approved sample. Rush orders (500+ pieces): 14 days. Sample orders: 7–10 days.
Do you provide samples before bulk orders?
Yes. We strongly recommend ordering a sample first. The sample fee is credited against your bulk order if you proceed.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx and sea freight. We have established relationships with freight forwarders for Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Australia.
